    1/4 tsp. pepper

    TOPPING:

    4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (5 oz.) jars sliced mushrooms, drained
6 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled

    Also will need:

    6 hamburger buns

In medium bowl, combine all burger ingredients; mix well. Shape mixture into 6 patties. In small bowl, combine all topping ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to barbecue. Grill hamburgers to desired doneness, turning once. During last several minutes of cooking, spoon about 1/4 cup topping on each burger. Continue grilling until cheese is melted.

    Cheeseburgers:

    Ground sirloin
    garlic powder
    salt
    pepper
    worchester sauce
    sliced colby jack cheese

Add the beef with the seasonings and mix. Shape into patties. The less you handle the meat the more tender it will be. Grill do your desired doneness. Last minute of cooking put on a slice of colby jack cheese and shut the grill lid so it melts nicely. Toast your buns and enjoy!
